Formed in 1898 with head office in St. Petersburg. Initial capital was 3, 585,750 roubles in shares of 187.50 roubles. Capital in 1912 was 9,000,000 roubles and by 1917, capital had increased to 13,500,000 roubles in shares of 187.50 roubles. The company was formed to roll copper sheets and produce cartridges for guns.
