Formed in 1896 with head office in Lozovo-Pavlovsk (now in Ukraine). Initial capital was 1,500,000 roubles in shares of 125 gold roubles. In 1900, capital was increased to 3,375,000 roubles and shares were converted to 187.50 roubles each.
