Transcaucasian Railway

Originally formed as Poti-Tiflis Railway; the name was changed to Transcaucasian Railway circa 1880. Capital was 7,060,000 roubles (silver) in shares of 125 roubles. However, there may not be any shares issued in the later name as records do not state whether the original Poti-Tiflis Railway shares were exchanged. Undrawn shares were converted to 5% Bonds in 1890.
