The brewery, in Shobnall Road, Burton-on-Trent was built by Mann, Crossman & Paulin in 1875 but the firm withdrew from the town in 1896 to concentrate on their London business. The brewery passed to this company which was registered in 1896. Voluntary liquidation 1903.
