Registered 1909. Built as a cinema and roller skating rink in 1910. Utilised during WWI as an aircraft factory and interestingly the Bristol Coliseum Volunteers was a unit raised during the war. Between WWI and WWII it was host to several exhibitions. Used as an ice skating rink and home to the Bristol Bears (later Bristol Bombers) hockey team. Destroyed by German bombers in 1940. Dissolved <1932. Company number 106525
