Charing Cross, Euston and Hampstead Railway Company
Incorporated on 24th August 1893
An underground line linking the three named areas of London. The original Act was allowed to expire, but was revived in 1898, the line completed from Euston by 1907. It amalgamated with the Baker Street and Waterloo, and the Brompton and Piccadilly Railways in 1910 to form the London Electric Railway.
Capital £1,416,000 in shares of £10 each, loans of £472,000.
