Chester and Birkenhead Railway Company

A direct line to Birkenhead, also connecting with the Chester and Crewe Railway (being built at the same time). The line was amalgamated with the Birkenhead Junction and Chester Junction Railways in 1851 to form the Birkenhead Railway.
