Registered 1896. Formed by Harvey du Cros of Dunlop fame to acquire Gladiator Cycles and the Clement tyre business in Paris and the Humber company in England. Manufactured cycles, motor cycles and motor cars, many of which were sold in England. IN 1903 the company was divided forming Clement Talbot Ltd. in England and Clement Gladiator in France.
