Duchess of Sutherland’s Cripples’ Guild Ltd
Registered 1907. Originally set up in 1898 to help ‘cripples in poor circumstances’ in Staffordshire by Millicent, Duchess of Sutherland. The guild soon trained the men and women in metal work, silver and jewellery at premises at Trentham Park and the superb products were soon being offered at Aspreys in London and their own premises in Bond Street. The Guild was closed in the 1920’s. Dissolved <1932. Company number 94325
