Hanley Hotel Company Ltd
Registered 1864 to build the Queen’s Hotel at Bagnall Street, Hanley, Staffordshire, to the designs of Robert Scrivener and Son of Hanley. Opened in 1870. Voluntary winding up in 1876 with a hope to reconstruct the company. It was however taken over by the Borough of Hanley for use as the Town Hall. Dissolved <1916. Company number 1402C
