National Sporting Club Ltd
Incorporated under the Companies Act 1929 in 1930 to acquire the club originally registered 1891. Originally a private club for Boxing contests it was later opened to the public. The Earl of Lonsdale was one of the founders and awarded the now famous Lonsdale belt to champions.
