Registered 1894 to acquire the Niagara Hall, a real ice skating rink and restaurant in York Street, Westminster, London. Originally built as the Westminster Panorama in 1881 and renamed the National Panorama in 1882. Known as Niagara Hall from 1888 when it displayed a panorama of Niagara Falls. Converted to an ice skating rink in 1895. It hosted the World Figure Skating championships in 1902. Closed in the same year. Dissolved <1916. Company number 41806
