Registered 1875. Dissolved <1916. Company number 9961. The company purchased 35 acres of land in the west of the town with a large frontage to the sea. Opened in 1876 to include a concert hall, dining rooms and a skating rink. Not a financial success, some ground was sold off in the 1890’s for residential development.
