Registered 1887 to acquire the exclusive rights to manufacture, license and use the Victoria-Hansom Cab in the United Kingdom. The cab was a new design which converted very easily from an enclosed Hansom to an open Victoria in a few seconds. The cab was successfully trialled in Edinburgh, Birmingham and Bristol but the company was in liquidation by 1888. Dissolved <1916. Company number 23949
