West Hartlepool Harbour and Railway Company
Incorporated on 30th June 1852.
An amalgamation of the Stockton and Hartlepool Railway, the Clarence and Hartlepool Railway, and the Clarence and Hartlepool West Harbour and Docks companies. It held around 47 miles of railway, and 230 acres of dockland, all of which passed to the North Eastern Railway in 1865.
