Incorporated in 1872. Two lines totalling 27 miles, running from Douglas to both Peel and Port Erin. It was opened in 1873 and 1874 respectively and the company purchased the Manx Northern and the Foxdale Railways in 1904. Company number 000026C. Dissolved 8th February 1982
