Star Omnibus Company London Ltd
Registered 1899 to acquire the Andrews Star Omnibus Company and by 1900 had acquired 196 buses and nearly 1800 horses. Despite a few years of success the company got into financial difficulty by 1905 after the poor performance of some newly acquired motor buses. Also severe competition from its huge rival – London General Omnibus Company – and the new electric tramways and London underground system. Dissolved <1932. Company number 61088
