Ellesmere and Glyn Valley Railway Company
Incorporated on 6th August 1866.
A line from Glynceirog to Ellesmere, only partially built and the remainder abandoned in 1870. The company was re-Incorporated as the Glynn Valley Tramway and worked by horse power from 1873, later changed to steam traction in 1888. Passengers were carried between 1891 and 1933 and the line closed in 1935.
