Incorporated in Florida in 1933 with Buster Keaton as President. He planned to build a studio in St. Petersburg, Florida but during the build Keaton decided to cancel the contract and he dissolved the company, moving back to California at the end of July 1933. The partly build studio was sold to T. C. Parker but he also was unsuccessful.
