Locomobile Company of America, Incorporated
Incorporated in New York in 1899 with work at Watertown, Massachusetts. Production was transferred to Bridgeport, Connecticut, in 1900.
Began manufacture of steam cars in 1899 and switched to internal combustion engines in 1904. Bought by Durant in 1922 who continued the Locomobile name until production ceased in 1929.
