Stevens Duryea Inc.
Organised in Delaware in 1919. A combination of J. Frank Duryea with the Stevens Arms and Tool Company in 1901, which produced several models until 1915 when production ceased because of financial difficulties. The name and goodwill was acquired in 1919 and production continued slowly until the company was sold again in 1923. A few more cars were made until the name disappeared in 1927.
Capital $5,000,000 Preferred stock of $100 and 100,000 shares of common stock of no par value, class A 30,000 and class B 70,000.
