Waltham Watch and Clock Company
Originally founded in 1850 the company moved to Waltham, Massachusetts in 1854. It has passed through several names changes. This company formed in massachusetts around 1923. Name changed to just Waltham Watch Company around 1929. It failed in the 1950’s. Rights were sold to a new Delaware company in 1958 also named Waltham Watch Company.
