Authorised $5,000,000. Issued in 1838 with varying redemption dated, printed in red on the reverse of the bonds and handwritten on the face. In default from 1841.
In 1990 Phillips sold, on behalf of the Corporation of Foreign Bondholders in liquidation 1011 of these bonds, many of which were in poor condition.
