Nodaway Valley Railroad Company
Incorporated 30th August 1871, to build a 31 mile line from Bigelow, Missouri, to Burlington Junction. Leased to the Kansas City, St. Joseph and Council Bluffs Company on 18th May 1880, and in 1881 sold to the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company although continued to operate independently for a few years.
