Midland Motor Car & Truck Company
Incorporated in New Jersey in 1917 to build the Oklahoma Six and a truck called the Ozark. WWI interrupted plans but at least the plant was constructed by 1918 and it made trucks under army contract. After the war the Federal contract was cancelled due to some financial mismanagement and the plant was sold to Wichita Motors. No Oklahoma cars appear to have been built.
Capital $1,000,000 in shares of $10.
