Incorporated in Oregon in 1904. The exposition was held in Portland in 1905 and attracted over 1.6 million visitors. Certificates are signed by Henry Walton Goode as president. He was a well respected businessman of Portland involved with Portland General Electric Company, Portland Railroad and Oregon Water Power & Railway Company which he managed to amalgamate and head until his death in 1907.
