Incorporated in Nevada 23rd November 1917 to purchase oil lands in Mexico and Texas. It controlled the Mexico y España Petroleum Company and other properties in Panuco, Mexico and also held leases in Pecos Coounty, Texas.
Capital $2,500,000 in shares of $1. Half issued to the vendors fully paid and the other half in bearer certificates issued by the Trustees.
