Incorporated in Arizona by 1921. The President was J. Paul Getty who signs the certificates. Getty (1892 – 1976), made a fortune in the oil industry with his father and later founded the Getty Oil Company. Named as the richest living American in 1957 and in 1966 became the world’s richest man. An avid art collector he established the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles. Left $6 billion on his death.
